With the opening of our new showroom, we are expanding our team and looking for a careful, organized Operations Administrator.
Job description
Mint Operations Administrator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company. Your main tasks will be the following:
Administrative tasks
- Collecting and organizing invoices, statements, and import documents for accounting (monthly/quarterly).
- Managing employee tasks: work time tracking, contracts, and forwarding them to the accountant.
- Preparation of weekly budget plans and cash flow reports.
- Saving order-related documents (quotes, invoices, delivery notes, orders, correspondence) to Google Drive.
- Checking stock levels and creating purchase orders (PO) if necessary.
Operational tasks
- Managing customer orders in the Shopify system, including creating manual orders.
- Managing orders with suppliers and logistical coordination (e.g., deliveries).
- Telephone and email customer service.
- Use Szamlázz invoicing software.
Expectations
Language skills:
- Native-level Hungarian and English language skills (written and spoken).
- Basic Russian language knowledge is mandatory.
Technical knowledge:
- Confident Microsoft Excel knowledge (e.g., VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Quick mastery of new software (e.g., Shopify, Szamlázz).
- Proficiency in computer and internet tasks.
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative, operational, or customer service areas.
- Knowledge of interior products or construction materials is an advantage.

- Positive, customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
- High-level organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
