Order Processing

Our online store is open 24/7, and we deliver from Monday to Friday, except on certain holidays. Orders placed for products without delivery restrictions on the product page will be delivered within 1-3 days if received before 12:00 noon. For orders of products held in suppliers' warehouses, the expected availability time is indicated on the product page, and delivery will be made according to the stated date.

To provide the best service, we strive to keep stock of the most popular products in our warehouse in Budapest. These products are marked as "In Stock." They can be picked up or delivered within 1-3 days.

All other products must be shipped from suppliers' warehouses. This can take 1-2 weeks (depending on the manufacturer; please confirm the delivery time with our customer service before ordering). Such products are either marked "Supplier Stock" or require pre-ordering along with a price inquiry.

All prices include VAT.

Delivery

GLS delivery is available throughout Hungary for orders up to 120 kg, with costs ranging from 4,200 to 25,200 HUF. The costs are determined based on the weight of the ordered products and are automatically added to your cart at checkout. Shipments from our warehouse are dispatched on the next working day after the order to ensure fast and safe delivery.

We can also provide a custom delivery quote upon request (useful for shipments over 120 kg).

You may also choose to pick up the goods free of charge from our warehouse.
