Frequently asked questions

How do I paint tiles without demolition?
Clean the surface. Prepare with Keragrip Eco Pulep adhesion promoter. Apply Microresina in 2–3 layers. Done.

What paint is needed for tiles?
Resin-based. Normal wall paint peels off. Adheres to Microresina Floor ceramic. Washable with detergent and disinfectant.

Is tile painting durable?
Yes. Scratch-resistant, chemical-resistant. Does not crack, fade, or peel. Does not wear even in dark colors.

Can it be used in showers and bathrooms?
Yes. Directly on wall coverings. For floors, Microresina Zero + Microresina Xtreme system is required. Sealing: Tetra Fix Crystal. Tile, washbasin, cabinet—all in one color.

Is it good for floor tiles too?
Yes, but in the Microresina Floor system. Microresina Zero primer is mandatory. Then Microresina color layer. Finally, Microresina Xtreme protective layer.

Is it suitable for kitchen countertops?
Yes. Food industry certification (HACCP). Horizontal surfaces in contact with water require 4 layers.

Can I paint radiators and stoves with it?
Yes. Suitable for metal treated with rust-proof primer. First layer: undiluted as primer. Also good for tile stoves.

Is it good for exterior window frames too?
Yes. Suitable for wood, aluminum, PVC doors and windows—both exterior and interior.

How much material is needed?
≈ 0.1–0.15 kg/m² per layer. 2–3 layers needed. A 1.2 kg package covers ≈ 4–6 m².

How long does it take to dry?
Touch dry: 1 hour. Next layer: 6–12 hours. Can contact water: after 48 hours.

Stock and prices

Our online store is open 24/7 and ships Monday through Friday, except for some holidays. Orders received for products without delivery restrictions on the product page will be delivered within 1-3 days if received before 12:00 p.m. In the case of orders placed for products in the suppliers' warehouses, the expected availability time is indicated on the product page, and we deliver according to the indicated time.

In order to provide the best service, we try to keep a stock of the most popular products in our warehouse in Budapest. Such products are labeled "In Stock". These can be collected or delivered within 1-3 days.

All other products must be shipped from the supplier's warehouses. This can take 1-4 weeks (it depends on the manufacturer; please confirm the delivery time with our customer service before ordering). Such products are either marked "In Stock" or require a pre-order together with a request for a quote.

Products available in our warehouse are delivered within 1-3 days.

Products not available in our warehouse are first shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse to our warehouse, and then from there to you. Shipping from the manufacturer's warehouse can take 1-4 weeks.

DPD shipping is available throughout Hungary for orders up to 120 kg, with costs ranging from 2,670 to 20,830 HUF. The costs are determined based on the weight of the ordered products and are automatically added to your cart at checkout. Dispatch from our warehouse takes place on the next working day after the order to ensure fast and secure delivery of your order.
Upon request, we can also provide a custom shipping quote (useful for shipments over 120 kg).
You can also choose to pick up the goods from our warehouse free of charge.

Technical description

Kerakoll Design Microresina is a water-based colored micro resin with a lacquered matt finish for the design renovation of all furniture, doors, indoor and outdoor windows, radiators and ceramic coverings.

Doors, windows and home furnishings:
A water-based colored micro-resin with a lacquered matt surface is applied with a brush, roller or spray in three layers (material consumption ≈ 0.3 l/m2) produced by Kerakoll Spa for the design renovation and construction of all furnishings, ceramic floors and coverings, as well as parquet. GreenBuilding Rating 1, Microresina flexible microfilm. It provides a high degree of protection against aggressive substances, is non-staining and resistant to cleaning agents according to the EN12720 standard (class 5 - excellent), excellent scratch resistance according to the ISO 1518 standard (2 kg - excellent), excellent adhesion to iron, galvanized sheet metal, wood and PVC , 100% compliant with the DIN 53151/ISO 2409/ASTM D3359 standard, non-toxic according to the EN 71-3 standard, suitable for decorating toys and rooms used by children, UNI 11021:2002 on the hygiene system of food products (HACCP Italian 193 /2007) regulations, its surface design complies with Directive 2004/42/EC.

Ceramic coverings:
Water-based colored micro-resin with a lacquered matt surface for the design renovation and construction of ceramic coverings, apply with a roller in three layers, ≈ 0.3 l/m2, the Microresina type flexible microfilm produced by Kerakoll Spa, classified as GreenBuilding Rating 1. Water-resistant and water-repellent class W3 according to ISO 1062-3 standard, provides a high degree of protection against aggressive substances, stain-free and resistant to cleaning agents according to EN12720 standard (class 5 - excellent), excellent scratch-resistant according to ISO 1518 standard (2 kg - excellent) , non-toxic according to the EN 71-3 standard, suitable for decorating rooms used by children, complies with the UNI 11021:2002 (HACCP Italian Legislative Decree No. 193/2007) regulation on the hygiene system of food products, its surface design complies with the 2004/42/EC directive.
