What is it suitable for?

Substrates:

  • Cementoresina, Microresina Floor (Care Pro preparation, maintenance)
  • PVC, linoleum, rubber (wax removal)
  • Ceramic, gres, marble (Biogel preparation)
  • Aquastop waterproofing (after 48–72 hours, 1:1 dilution mandatory)

Spaces: Apartment, office, shop, restaurant, industrial, educational and healthcare facilities

Not suitable for: Wooden floors, cork, lacquered concrete, asphalt surfaces, oil-treated surfaces, frozen surfaces (<+10 °C)

Frequently Asked Questions

How should I dilute it?
1:5–1:10 with warm water before Care Pro, for maintenance. 1:3 for stubborn stains, old layers. 1:1 before Biogel, for ceramic degreasing.

How long does it work?
5 minutes for new wax/Care Pro. 10–15 minutes for old, thick Care Pro layers. 20+ minutes for commercial kitchens. Do not let it dry.

How many times should I rinse?
At least 3 times. First: grease/wax/Care Pro. Second: soap. Third: inspection. If there is foam, rinse again.

How do I know it’s clean?
Resin floor: run your finger over it — it should feel rough, not slippery. If it slips, old Care Pro remains. Ceramic: drip water — if it spreads, it’s good. If it beads, there is grease.

When does the new Care Pro layer go on?
The surface dries in 1 hour. Wait 2–3 hours before Care Pro. Wait 4–6 hours before Biogel. Don’t rush.

Is this acetone?
Acetone evaporates quickly, does not dissolve deep grease or Care Pro residues. Remover Pro works for 5–15 minutes, penetrates pores. Mandatory before Care Pro and Biogel.

Is it worth the price?
One bottle (≈13,000 HUF) covers 10–15 projects. Poor preparation: Care Pro flakes off after 6 months, Biogel peels. Recall cost: 50,000–100,000 HUF. This is insurance.

Can it be used in winter?
Yes, if the surface is above +10 °C. In unheated buildings, warm the space 24 hours beforehand.

Our online store is open 24/7 and ships Monday through Friday, except for some holidays. Orders received for products without delivery restrictions on the product page will be delivered within 1-3 days if received before 12:00 p.m. In the case of orders placed for products in the suppliers' warehouses, the expected availability time is indicated on the product page, and we deliver according to the indicated time.

In order to provide the best service, we try to keep a stock of the most popular products in our warehouse in Budapest. Such products are labeled "In Stock". These can be collected or delivered within 1-3 days.

All other products must be shipped from the supplier's warehouses. This can take 1-4 weeks (it depends on the manufacturer; please confirm the delivery time with our customer service before ordering). Such products are either marked "In Stock" or require a pre-order together with a request for a quote.

All prices include VAT.

Shipping information

Products available in our warehouse are delivered within 1-3 days.

Products not available in our warehouse are first shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse to our warehouse, and then from there to you. Shipping from the manufacturer's warehouse can take 1-4 weeks.

Available shipping options

  • DPD shipping is available throughout Hungary for orders up to 120 kg, with costs ranging from 2,670 to 20,830 HUF. The costs are determined based on the weight of the ordered products and are automatically added to your cart at checkout. Dispatch from our warehouse takes place on the next working day after the order to ensure fast and secure delivery of your order.
  • Upon request, we can also provide a custom shipping quote (useful for shipments over 120 kg).
  • You can also choose to pick up the goods from our warehouse free of charge.
