Biocalce Zoccolatura has overcome the technical and application limitations of conventional, low-breathability cement-, lime- and chemical-additive-based renders previously used to remove moisture from walls. This revolutionary natural wall-drying render absorbs moisture and then releases it on the exterior. The results achieved with Kerakover Silox finishing are healthy, dry walls that are permanently dehydrated throughout their depth, as the system removes moisture faster than the wall can absorb it.
