Monolithic restoration using Geolite 40 and Geolite Microsilicato effectively resists the effects of carbon dioxide, while providing permanent protection to the concrete against rainwater and aggressive substances.

Geolite is the first solution based on geo-mortar that complies with the R4 classification of the EN 1504-3 standard. Applications:

  • Passivation of iron according to the EN 1504-7 standard,
  • Volume reconstruction based on the EN 1504-3 standard,
  • Surface protection according to the EN 1504-2 standard,
  • Anchoring of metal elements according to the requirements of the EN 1504-6 standard.

Monolithic restoration in accordance with EN 1504 standards does not weaken the structure, but provides reliable protection in the long term with the durability of mineral rocks.

Both restored and non-restored concrete surfaces can be restored and protected with Geolite Microsilicato, which can be applied as early as 4 hours after restoration (using Geolite 10 or Geolite 40 products).
