Can it be applied on tiles?

Cementoresina Wall has a smooth marbling — concrete effect. Patina has a velvety, nuanced, Mediterranean plaster effect. Both have a smooth touch but different character.

Yes. Cementoresina Wall and Cementoresina floor have the same texture and color code — visual continuity from wall to floor. (Note: different base materials are needed for wall and floor — Wallzero vs Floorzero — but the aesthetics are identical.)
