What is it suitable for?

Substrates: Cement (plaster, screed, concrete, panels) — with Active Prime Fix or Universal Wall Primer primer. Gypsum/anhydrite — MANDATORY Active Prime Fix. Adhesive residues — after mechanical cleaning. Substrates leveled with Keralevel Eco or Keralevel Eco LR products.

Why is an ultra-smooth surface needed for vinyl flooring?
Vinyl, PVC, rubber are thin and flexible — every unevenness shows through. An ultra-smooth surface is needed so the adhesive sticks evenly, without bubbles or waves.

What does certified on ships mean?
The cruise ship certification means: it withstands vibration, extreme temperature fluctuations (-20 to +60 °C), moisture, fuel and saltwater exposure. If it holds on a ship, it’s guaranteed in commercial spaces.

When is Ultra NOT needed?
Standard tile or parquet project where 24-hour waiting is acceptable — Eco is cheaper. Wall leveling — LR is used on walls. No vinyl/rubber, no extreme load — Eco handles it.

Which one is needed for a restaurant or hotel?
Ultra or LR. Ultra = stronger (C30 vs C20), ultra-smooth for vinyl flooring, certified on ships. LR = faster for ceramic tiling (2h), cheaper material requirement. Use Ultra for vinyl floors, LR for ceramics.

How long until it can be tiled?
2 hours at 5 mm thickness, 6 hours at 20 mm (+20 °C). Thickness-dependent — the thinner, the faster.

Is it needed for an office with swivel chairs?
Yes. EN 12529 certified for rolling load. C30-F7 strength and ≥65 N/mm² surface hardness — does not indent or wear.

Is it resistant to chemicals?
Yes. Certified on ships = resistant to fuel, oil, saltwater. Suitable for industrial kitchens, warehouses.

Can I apply it myself?
Yes, but the 20-minute pot life requires quick work. For large areas or lack of experience, a professional is recommended.

How much is needed for 20 m² floor, 5 mm thickness?
190 kg ≈ 8 bags (25 kg/bag).

Is a primer needed underneath?
Yes. For highly absorbent substrates Active Prime Fix. MANDATORY on gypsum.
