Outdoor ceramic tiling on screed and concrete
First, we will need a PVC sheet, which will serve as a separating vapor barrier.
Next, use Kerakoll Keracem Eco Pronto, which requires 16–18 kg/m2/cm of material. This product is a certified, eco-compatible, mineral-based ready-mixed screed with a normal setting time and rapid strength development, providing the perfect substrate for installing floor and wall coverings with adhesive. An ideal choice for GreenBuilding.
Using the Kerakoll Aquastop Nanoflex product, we can create a highly adherent, durable flexible waterproofing layer on substrates before tiling, with a material consumption of 1.15 kg/m2/mm.
We use Aquastop 120 to waterproof perimeter and expansion joints, ensuring the necessary protection before laying ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, and natural stone.
Using the Kerakoll Aquastop AR1 product, we can reinforce the waterproofing membrane.
The second waterproofing layer is also created using Aquastop Nanoflex, with a material consumption of 1.15 kg/m2/mm, which is ideal for GreenBuilding.
The tiling process can be carried out using Kerakoll Biogel No Limits, with a material consumption of 1.25 kg/m2. This is a flexible, multipurpose adhesive gel that is ideal for bonding all types of materials on every substrate and in any application.
We use Kerakoll Fugabella Color for grouting tiles, mosaics, and marble, available in 50 designer colors. Its material consumption can be found in the relevant technical data sheet.
Finally, we seal the expansion joints with Kerakoll Silicone Color, which is also available in 50 design colors. Its coverage rate can likewise be found in the technical data sheet above.
