#1. PREPARATION OF THE SOCKET

First, we will need a PVC sheet, which will serve as a separating vapor barrier.

Kerakoll Keracem Eco Pronto: Tanúsított, öko‑kompatibilis, ásványi eredetű, normál kötésidejű és gyorsan szilárduló kész esztrich, mely burkolatok ragasztóval történő lerakásához tökéletes aljzat.

#2. SOCKET

After that, we use Kerakoll's Keracem Eco Pronto product, which requires 16 - 18 kg/m2/cm of material. This product is a certified, eco-compatible, mineral-derived screed with a normal setting time and a fast-hardening ready-made screed, which provides a perfect substrate for the laying of coverings with adhesive. #3. WATERPROOFING

Using the Kerakoll Aquastop Nanoflex product, with a material consumption of 1.15 kg/m2/mm, we can perform high-adhesion and long-lasting flexible waterproofing of the substrates before covering.

#4. WATERPROOFING OF JOINTS

Aquastop 120 is used for waterproofing the perimeter and expansion joints, thus providing the necessary protection before laying ceramic tiles, gres tiles and natural stones.

#5. NETWORK REINFORCEMENT

We can strengthen the waterproofing membrane by using the Kerakoll Aquastop AR1 product.

#6. WATERPROOFING

The second waterproofing layer is also created with the Aquastop Nanoflex product, with a material consumption of 1.15 kg/m2/mm, which is ideal for GreenBuilding.

#7. CERAMIC TILING

The ceramic covering process can be carried out with the Kerakoll Biogel No Limits product, using 1.25 kg/m2 of material. It is a flexible, multi-purpose adhesive gel that is ideal for gluing on all types of materials, on all substrates, and in any application.

#8. GROUTING

We use the Kerakoll Fugabella Color product for grouting tiles, mosaics and marble, which is available in 50 design colors. The material requirements can be found in the id. on the technical data sheet.

#9. EXPANSION GAPS

Finally, the expansion joints are sealed with the Kerakoll Silicone Color product, which is also available in 50 design colors. The material requirement is also can be found on the technical data sheet.
