Eco‑compatible, fibre-reinforced, certified, normal-bond and quick-drying mineral screed for covering with adhesive. Ideal for GreenBuilding.
Product with low CO2 emissions and very low volatile organic compound emissions. Contains recycled material. It can be recycled as inert waste.
Kerakoll Keracem Eco Prontoplus resin, parquet, flexible floor coverings, ceramic floors, which are subject to heavy traffic, achieves excellent mechanical resistance, guaranteeing the safe laying of them in commercial and industrial environments.

Aljzat: Méretstabil, száraz, repedés- és pormentes, felszálló nedvességtől mentes, teherbíró felület. Minden függőleges elem mentén ≈ 8–10 mm-es Tapetex szegélyszalag kell, a teljes esztrichmagasságban.
Tapadó esztrich (20–80 mm): 40 mm alatt vagy változó vastagságnál Ø 2 mm-es, 50×50 mm-es hegesztett háló kerül a vastagság alsó harmada és fele közé. Tapadóhíd: 2,5 rész 32.5/42.5-ös cement, 1 rész Keraplast Eco P6 vagy Keraplast Eco 337, 1 rész víz, az előnedvesített aljzatra. Az esztrich friss a frissre kerül rá.
Úsztatott esztrich (40–80 mm): PE- vagy PVC-fólia páragátlónak, min. 20 cm átfedéssel, a falakon a teljes vastagságig felhajtva. Szigetelőpanelen a vastagságot és a vasalást a panel deformálódási osztálya szerint kell méretezni.
Keverés: Csak tiszta víz, ≈ 1,7 l / 25 kg. Betonkeverő vagy — ideálisan — pneumatikus esztrichgép. Félig száraz, tömör állagig keverendő, pangó víz nélkül. Pneumatikus gép: 260 l-es tartály — 13–15 zsák és ≈ 22–26 l víz. Edényidő ≥ 2 óra.
Terítés: Szintsávok, kitöltés, azonnali tömörítés, majd lehúzás. Vastag rétegnél rétegenként tömöríteni kell. A vizezés és az acélkorongos simítás zárt kérget képez — lassítja a száradást, rontja a ragasztó tapadását.
Hézagok: Dilatáció a vastagság ≈ 1/3-áig bevágva, ajtóknál és méretváltásnál is. Beltéren max. 50 m² (8 m), padlófűtésnél 40 m²; kültéren max. 35 m² (6 m).
Utókezelés: Az esztrichet nem szabad vizezni. Az első 24 órában védeni kell a közvetlen naptól és a huzattól. Alkalmazás +5 °C és +35 °C között; hidegben meleg, melegben hideg keverővíz, a zsákok árnyékban.
Burkolás előtt: Parketta és rugalmas burkolat előtt CM-módszeres nedvességmérés.

Our online store is open 24/7 and ships Monday through Friday, except for some holidays. Orders received for products without delivery restrictions on the product page will be delivered within 1-3 days if received before 12:00 p.m. In the case of orders placed for products in the suppliers' warehouses, the expected availability time is indicated on the product page, and we deliver according to the indicated time.
In order to provide the best service, we try to keep a stock of the most popular products in our warehouse in Budapest. Such products are labeled "In Stock". These can be collected or delivered within 1-3 days.
All other products must be shipped from the supplier's warehouses. This can take 1-4 weeks (it depends on the manufacturer; please confirm the delivery time with our customer service before ordering). Such products are either marked "In Stock" or require a pre-order together with a request for a quote.
All prices include VAT.
Products available in our warehouse are delivered within 1-3 days.
Products not available in our warehouse are first shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse to our warehouse, and then from there to you. Shipping from the manufacturer’s warehouse may take 1-2 weeks.
