Kerakoll GreenLab’s geo-binder is made from natural raw materials—including kaolin and bauxite—with high-zirconium inorganic microfibres that increase mechanical strength. Virtually zero shrinkage, high chemical resistance, and outstanding mechanical strength—even under extreme conditions.
Monolithic protection against passivation loss and carbonation
Carbonation is one of the main causes of reinforced concrete deterioration: the concrete loses its alkalinity, the steel reinforcement rusts, and the surface spalls. Geolite’s alkaline mineral chemistry re-passivates the reinforcing steel (EN 1504-7), while the structural repair mortars provide R4-class load-bearing performance (EN 1504-3).
Thixotropic, pourable, smoothing and carbonation-protection products
Hand-applied repairs on vertical surfaces, pourable formwork repairs, fiber-reinforced strengthening without rebar, aesthetic smoothing and breathable protective paint — all in one product range. The mineral geo-mortars have an A1 fire-resistance classification; the product range has low emissions and certified GreenBuilding credentials.
