What is it suitable for?
Substrates: Healthy, load-bearing reinforced concrete and concrete — both outdoors and indoors. On horizontal concrete after Primer Uni substrate preparation.
Usage: Fiber-reinforced (FRC) strengthening, passivation, restoration, and monolithic consolidation of reinforced concrete structures and infrastructures — without embedded rebar, in thin layers: poured into formwork for vertical elements and inside arches; poured on arch crowns and mandatory cross-section underpinning. Also for precision anchoring of base plates, rods, and machinery.
Not suitable: without Steel Fiber (the system is certified and complete only with the fiber); in layers thinner than 15 mm; on contaminated, loose, crumbling, or dusty substrates; on gypsum, metal, wood; on surfaces below +5 °C, above +40 °C, or frozen.

Can it be used outdoors, in aggressive environments?
Yes, Geolite Magma Xenon is waterproof (0 mm water penetration), frost-resistant, and meets a wide range of exposure classes (from X0 to XA1). It is suitable for outdoor reinforced concrete structures exposed to precipitation and freeze-thaw cycles. It passivates existing rebar.
Is a primer needed under Geolite Magma Xenon?
For horizontal concrete surfaces, Primer Uni substrate preparation is recommended. The substrate must be clean, solid, and ≥ 5 mm rough; rust must be removed from the rebar. Before casting, wet the surface thoroughly.
When should I NOT use this mortar?
Do not use without Steel Fiber, in layers thinner than 15 mm, on dirty or loose substrates, gypsum, metal, or wood. Do not work with it below +5 °C, above +40 °C, on frozen surfaces, or in rain. For simple, non-structural repairs, Geolite or Geolite Silt is sufficient.
